We collect the information you submit through our pricing request forms — your name, email address, phone number, postal code, and the vehicle you are interested in — for one purpose: connecting you with the dealer(s) you select so they can provide the pricing you asked for.
Your information is shared only with the dealership(s) you choose during submission and the vehicle manufacturer sponsoring the program, and is never sold to unrelated third parties. We retain lead records only as long as needed to operate the program and meet our legal obligations.
Anti-Spam Commitment (CASL)
We only send commercial electronic messages with your express consent, captured at the time you submit a request. Every message includes a working unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting our privacy officer. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including data portability.
